Former NBA center Enes Kanter Freedom got booted from Sunday night’s WNBA game (Indiana Fever at Chicago Sky) at Chicago’s Wintrust Arena after a brief confrontation with a player on the court. Freedom, wearing a t-shirt emblazoned with the definition of the word “woman,” was ejected just before the end of the third quarter after a brief confrontation with Chicago Sky guard Natasha Cloud. With 1:22 left in the quarter, Cloud scored – and the Fever called for a timeout. Cloud approached the baseline where Freedom was seated, pointing and shouting at him — and he raised both arms and stepped toward the court.
